The benevolence of Independent Candidate Ohene Kwame Frimpong, aspirant for the Asante Akyem North Member of Parliament (MP) seat, has reached some primary schools in the constituency.
On Friday November 29, 2024, O.K Frimpong and his campaign team stormed Behwe Dawereso to donate stationeries including pencils, erasers and sharpeners to the pupils of Behwe Dawereso Preparatory School.
It forms part of his vision to assist schools and students who lack basic educational amenities in the area.
This is not the first time the aspiring MP is reaching out to the needy students in the constituency.
He has, through his Salt Educational Fund, supported many parents to enrol their wards to various schools.
Some dilapidated schools in the constituency, have also been financed and rehabilitated by O.K Frimpong.
The Saviour School, located at Agogo Asante Akyem has had their fair share of O.K Frimpong's Educational Policy.
He has helped build a nice school building for the Saviour community in Agogo.
Donating the stationeries to Behwe Dawereso Preparatory School, O.K. Frimpong said the gesture was to help improve the basic standards of education for the beneficiaries.
"My advice to you all is to study hard and grow to become good citizens in the country. We will do everything possible to support your education so far as we are alive".
He also donated an undisclosed amount to help restore a borehole at Behwe Dawereso which has been inactive for some months now.
Simarly donation was made to the pupils of Juansa Methodist School by Independent candidate Ohene Kwame Frimpong.
