Asante Kotoko terminate Mawuli Osei’s contract

Kumasi Asante Kotoko has mutually terminated the contract of striker, Mawuli Osei.

The goal poacher joined the reigning MTN FA Cup champions last February on a two-year deal but after three months he has been released by the club due to his sluggish performance.

The attacker has played four games so far this season for the Reds and has failed to find the back of the net.

Mawuli Osei becomes the sixth player to be released by the club after Frank Sarfo Gyamfi, Edwin Tuffuor Frimpong, Saddick Adams, Eric Donkor, and Seth Opare.
