Chief Executive Officer of Black Avenue Music, Desmond Blackmore, aka D-Black has revealed that President Akufo- Addo was happy to see the conclusion of the two-year court trial of Wisa Greid.
Wisa was hauled before court and charged with gross indecent exposure, to which he pleaded not guilty, leaving the prosecution to prove otherwise.
“On that night, I fixed a fake manhood which I was wearing under my boxer shorts. So, during the performance and when I was almost done and about to leave the stage, while dancing with the dancer that I used, I pulled out the fake penis that I was wearing under my boxer shorts from the front and that was it. I left the stage,” Wisa said.
D-Black together with his management team including Wise paid a courtesy call on President Akufo-Addo at the Jubilee House a day after Wisa had officially concluded his court trial, which made fans questioned the motive behind the visit.
However, D-Black in an interview explained that, the visit to Jubilee House was scheduled long before the judgment was pronounced.
The music personality said this when speaking with Maxwell Amoofia on JoyNews.
“We paid a courtesy call upon an invitation he gave us. We are officially opening our offices… It wasn’t a planned thing. We didn’t know there was going to be a ruling the day before.
“The President spoke with him, advised him and was very happy that he was done with that situation,” he said
