CONFIRMED: Gyan and Ayew brothers dropped ahead of Kenya clash

Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan and the Ayew brothers have been dropped from Ghana squad ahead of the Kenya clash.

On Wednesday, the head coach of the Black Stars, Kwesi Appiah named his 18 man squad for next month’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya in Nairobi.

Inter Milan midfielder, Kwadwo Asamoah makes a return to the team after a long absence, whilst William Owusu gets a maiden call-up to don the national colours.

The Black Stars team will commence camping in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from the 3rd  to the 7th of September, 2018.

Ghana faces Kenya in Nairobi on the 8th of September, 2018
