Two victims skale wall to expose kidnapping syndicate in Afienya
Information reaching asempanews.com desk reveals that a supposed couple ;a Ghanaian woman and Nigerian man have been apprehended on suspicion of kidnapping.
According to an eyewitness of Zion City, Afienya, two badly bruised children were seen in the early hours of August 25, 2023 fleeing the scene.
Quizzed on their desperation to flee, the children pointed out to residents that they would be killed if their captors found them and indicated that three more victims were being held hostage.
Residents of the area matched to the house to interrogate the matter only to find three more children believed to be in their teens who had marks of physical assaults on their backs.
The suspected kidnappers have been conveyed by some citizen vigilantes to the Afienya police station for further interrogation.
