We won’t copy the NPP strategy in 2024 electioneering campaign – Okudzeto Ablakwa
Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has indicated that the National Democratic Congress will not copy the New Patriotic Party in the 2024 electioneering campaign.
He is of the view that what is needed currently is to understand the challenges facing the people of Ghana.
To Okudzeto Ablakwa sitting at the top and appointing people to manifesto committees and campaign teams will not help the political party understand the people.
“We’re not going to follow other people’s strategy; we have our strategy. At this point, it’s about spending time with the people. It’s not all about sitting at the top and creating campaign teams and manifesto committees,” he said.
Okudzzeto Ablakwa indicated that his focus is on the political party’s manifesto and vision for the people of Ghana and not on campaign teams.
“I’m not big on campaign teams, I don’t think Ghanaians are concerned with campaigns. I’m more concerned about manifestos,” he said.
On the 2024 elections, he was sure of a victory for the NDC.
