The Black Challenge of Ghana has successfully defended its African title at the 2024 Amputee African Cup of Nations (AAFCON) in Egypt, securing a thrilling 2-1 victory against Morocco in the final.
Ghana, overcoming a first-half deficit, equalized through a crucial goal by Mubarak Mohammed.
Mubarak struck again in extra time, sealing Ghana's victory and bringing their African title tally to two.
