Facebook asking ‘what’s on your mind’ doesn’t mean write your folly – Yayra disses Akufo-Addo Staffer

National Democratic Congress activist Yayra Koku Deku has lashed out at Presidential Staffer Nana Hesse Ogyiri for his “folly” in passing comments on social media platform Facebook.

Nana Hesse Ogyiri who made a post about Chief Justice Anin Yeboah’s decision to adjourn sitting had to quickly delete the post after receiving backlash.

According to the Presidential Staffer, the Chief Justice called for a break in proceedings two days ago because he realized the petitioners were struggling to make their case.

He quickly deleted the facebook post immediately it went up but his followers had taken screenshot already.

Reacting to the post, NDC’s Yayra Koku Deku said the presidential staffer must be responsible on social media.

“Nana Hesse Ogyiri why have u deleted this post? You are not man enough like you will see. The fact that Facebook says “what’s on your mind” does not mean post foolish things” he wrote.

“Is this not contempt of court? Is Nana Hesse Ogyiri suggesting that the petitioners case is so embarrassing that the CJ cannot stand it? Predetermined? Is that what Hesse who is an NPP member and works at the Presidency suggesting?” he asked. This is not the first time Presidential staffer, Nana Hesse Ogyiri has faced such attacks online.
