Franklin Cudjoe, president of policy think tank, IMANI Ghana, has mocked controversial man of God Bishop Daniel Obinim for complaining about astronomical duty charge on his newly acquired Rolls Royce Phantom.
In his estimation, the founder of the International God’s Way Church, who recently acquired a Rolls Royce for $300,000 should not be lamenting over GHC5 billion duty charge like the regular person seeking to clear their vehicle from the port, since he has boasted openly of being able to turn into just anything he desires.
Teasing the popular preacher on twitter, he said “When a man of God who boasts of transfiguring into snakes, bats, vultures, complains about excessive import duties on vehicles then know, that in the magic world there are limits.
“’Angel Obinim’ was heard complaining bitterly about excessive import duty on a car he imported into Ghana.”

The IMANI Ghana boss’ remarks follow a viral video which shows the outspoken preacher lashing out at port authorities for charging unrealistic duties on imports.
