Ibrahim Tanko worried over Kenya’s threat ahead of AFCON qualifier clash
Ibrahim Tanko has admonished the Black Stars players to stay focus ahead of their clash against Kenya.
The Harambee Stars will host the four-time African champions on Saturday in the second round of qualifiers for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Black Stars remains favourite ahead of the game after thrashing Ethiopia 5-0 in the opening game.
However, Tanko admits the East Africans could course a threat, however, remains optimistic the Black Stars will snatch victory.
“The Kenyans have a very good team,” he is quoted by Goal.
“Most of their players play abroad, but we’re going there to win.
“We’re Ghana and we’re playing against Kenya, we can’t go for a draw or a loss.
“We hope that our players will be free from injuries during our preparations,” he added.
Ghana landed in Kenya on Thursday evening after a three-day camping in Ethiopia.
