KSM discloses what makes “quality comedy”
Kwaku Sintim-Misah otherwise known as KSM has disclosed what goes into preparing the themes and contents for the delivery of his satiric pieces.
The veteran standup comedian speaking on Metro TV’s GMG on Wednesday stated that it takes him a minimum of three months to put together a complete package for his shows.
“It takes me a minimum of three months to put together the themes which cut across regular life trends, politics, religion, slay queens etc,” he said.
Detailing how he prepares his impeccable comic skits he said, “I, first of all, pour out my hearts on paper; this takes about a month. Then I use the other two months to do the head part, which entails the fine-tuning of the content by cross-checking facts and presentation of the material in a correct sequence to create the flow.”
The veteran comedian will be staging a show December 7, dubbed ‘KSM Unchained’.
The event will come off the Ghana National Theatre with a number of dignitaries on the guest list.
