Ghanaian gospel artiste, Noble Nketiah, has narrated how he lost his mother after he released his first hit album back in 2003.
According to him, his mother never wanted him to become a musician because his father who was also a musician broke her heart.
He further revealed that, his mother always had high hopes of him becoming a doctor instead of doing music.
He recalled that, his mother who was affectionately called “Veronica Fayose” aka “Maa Aba” died two days upon his return from his first world trip.
The music personality shared this during an interview with MzGee on JoyNews.
“You know, my mother was one particular person who never wanted me to do music, she had a broken heart by my father who was also a musician and the mere thought of music brings her bad memories”
“My mother always wanted me to be a doctor, and you know I did science in school, so my mother did not understand why I wanted to do music instead of becoming a doctor.
