NIA postpones Ghana card distribution exercise

The National Identification Authority(NIA) has postponed the issuance of the Ghana Card which was scheduled to begin today, Monday 8th June 2020 in all the 16 regions concurrently.

The exercise has now been scheduled for Wednesday 10th June, 2020 to enable the NIA complete the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment to Registration Centres.

A statement signed by ACI Francis Palmdeti, Head, Public Affairs of the NIA said “any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted,”
