Host of Peace FM flagship programme “Kokrokoo”, Kwame Sefa Kayi says controversial sports journalist, Patrick Osei Agyemang, popularly known as Countryman Songo will be vindicated after the latest piece of Anas Aremeyaw Anas is aired.
The popular investigative journalist latest piece, which has been named, “Number 12” will be released on June 6, 2018 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
Veteran journalist, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako who is known to have nurtured Anas in an interview with Metro TV revealed that the new video is centered on footballers and politicians – both local and international, adding that, the video will cause “irredeemable” damage to persons exposed.
Songo, who is the host of “Fire for Fire” show on Adom TV, has been tagged as the number one critic of the Ghana Football Association.
However, Sefa Kayi, believes football enthusiasts in the country will realize the good work Songo has been doing to help for the development of sport in the country.
“We recently hosted a tournament and I am aware that Ghana won that WAFU tournament against Nigeria.
“I have not said I have watched the video but when we talk about football it involves referees, GFA officials and other personalities.
“But after the video, my brother Songo [Patrick Osei Agyemang] will be applauded for the good work he has been doing for mother Ghana,” he added.
