Financier of Techiman City FC, Charles Kwadwo Ntim has taken a swipe at the Ghana Football Association over the poor arrangement to make doubleheader scheduled for the Zylofon Cash Premier League.
The ongoing season has taken a new trend following Startimes’ inability to telecast the matches at the various venues leading to doubleheader schedule whereby teams have to play their home matches away from home and at the same time, two matches being played at one venue on the same day.
And the tough-talking football administrator is not impressed with the new schedule.
“It doesn’t make sense to me for our league to be played with this doubleheader.
“This will not help the clubs because financially, they will suffer and also it decouples the teams from their home supporters’’.
“I think those who took this decision have exhibited great disservice to football fans in Ghana which to me, lacks common sense,” he told Kumasi-based Kessben TV.
