‘Your 2 megabyte insult can’t ruin my life’ – John Dumelo tells critics

Celebrated Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo’s short lived venture into Ghanaian politics has really made him suffer from backlashes and trolls by the public.

This is because Ghanaians, especially NPP sympathisers, continue to accuse the popular actor of colluding with the former NDC administration to ‘create, loot and share’ Ghana’s state resources.

Meanwhile, despite the trolls and backlashes leveled against John Dumelo, he seems not to be perturbed by the various accusations. On records, John Dumelo somewhere last year was accused by BNI for stolen some national vehicles specifically V8.

According to the twitter user, he is wondering how come John Dumelo is still alive taking into consideration how some Ghanaians continue to use, abuse and misuse his name perhaps all in the name of politics. It is in this light that a twitter user tried to find out from John Dumelo how he’s able to handle the various negative comments by ‘haters’.

“Days when I feel so miserable, I go to @johndumelo1 timeline, get under his posts and read all the insults Ghanaians have poured on him, and wonder how come he is still alive and I tell myself “I will be fine. I won’t kill myself”, the social media tweeted.

Fast forward, John Dumelo responded that he doesn’t let the negative social media vibes get to him. According to him, such negative comments are shallow like 2 megabyte, therefore, it can’t ruin his day or week.

“Truth is, I don’t allow someone’s 2mb comment affect my entire day or week. They prob don’t mean what they type. They just want to see a reaction”, John Dumelo retweeted.
